Puppy Mills, or Breeders, in my book are criminals. There's a pet store in Brentwood/Beverly Hills, that has only rescued puppies for sale. All their puppies are from rescue groups and shelters. Many celebrities and plain folk, have been cheering this great owner of the shop! :><: I hope other pet stores will take note, and maybe these puppy mills/breeders will be put out of business, and dogs can be just happy dogs.

That just breaks my heart that breeders are using webcams like this! Probably just to get people hooked just so they can sell more puppies. :'(

Deb, thank you for the response re. eagles injured. So good that wildlife folks are available to take care of these beautiful birds. Found the link - it came up on the news ticker. Unfortunately, I don't think this one was a happy ending. (see link)

Sorry for the depressing news, but if we can spread the word, maybe more birds will be saved from people being more careful.

Marti, how tragic. This is in the same area that Limuw was hit by a car/truck. When one of these magnificent birds is killed, it just breaks my heart. Hopefully, somehow the vets were able to save him. Nevada is not a good area for eagles!
