Yes, it's illegal! Only registered American Indians can legally posses eagle feathers. But, so many folks don't know that rule, so they think they're getting the real things. The feathers are probably painted to look like eagle feathers. |

Good for you Elaine. I didn't even notice that, however, I believe that is a generic thing put there by a bot....there is NO way there would even be 1 shop selling Eagle feathers because that is totally illegal !!!! |

Actually Linda I have and I have seen Fish and Game officers come into a venue and arrest a vendor for having bear claw necklaces in Albuquerque. His wife was in a panic trying to raise $10,000 to get him out on bail. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse !!! |

Don't know if any of you are watching 'Dancing With The Stars' right now, but Melissa, the girl who was dumped by The Bachelor Jason is up soon after having only 48 hours to prepare for it. She is replacing Nancy O'Dell who was injured during rehearsals. Talk about a transformation...she looks very Vegas show girl in that outfit they put her in. Smart move on the part of the producers...they are going to get a lot of mileage out of this....if she can survive the cut

Wow, looks like Melissa is a 'natural'. I liked that Bruno said she looked like a bird ready to unfold it's wings and take flight
