Yes .... looking at the Saanich/Sidney nest ... that's what Vancouver Island woke up to again this morning ... after a light dusting yesterday which the sunshine got rid of fast ... another snow fall!

So I will be going out shortly to shovel more of this darn stuff off the driveway and steps! :(

Hugs to all in need today ... people or pets ... makes no difference ... all family!

:

Yesterday was my grandson Shlomo in Israel birthday and we bought him a bike.
I can't wait to see pictures. Here are a couple of photos of them decorating the cake.
It's a 4 cake .[

I have to ask this being just a goy mensch. What is the translation of the name shlomo from the hebrew to goyish? :P Somebody told me years ago the translation meant "someone who is at peace"?

Maybe i should call myself curious george or form a rock group with me as the front man "Goy George" rofl Nah too similar to boy george i suppose

The first egg was laid Friday, I believe, and the second egg was laid today. So we should be seeing chicks mid-April.
