Pete have you heard anything about when the phpbb server will have the Norfolk forum back on line? What a shame that Maine is down too. I certainly hope that when they get back up all their archives are still intact. That cam is so awesome...you can see the detail in the screencap I took. It's a Mobotix and the whole local system is supplied with energy from solar panels. Sometimes it does buffer but it's working great right now

The Sea Eagle has been standing up in the nest facing away from the front...she is looking very puffed up too...maybe she's going to lay another egg I've been channeling a mesage to her to get her to turn around but...nada

She did it...she just laid another egg Wow, too bad I wasn't fast enough...she hunched her back, squatted, fanned out her tail and did the flip. Now she's inspecting the results and standing over the bowl after moving in some soft nesting material closer to her. ![]() |

The Sea Eagle just had her head deep in the bowl, moved the egg a bit and is now brooding after doing the Hornby nest grab and shuffle to get all comfy. I love the fact that this was so up close and personal

Morning Eagleholics About the buzzard/vulture/hawk question, I know that in Germany we always referred to all hawks as buzzards. Not so much eagles (they are called Adler) although some might call them buzzards too, but mainly all hawks. There are no vultures in Germany, and I don't believe there are any in Holland? (True vultures that is.) |
