Hi Kids, back from the desert... wonderful weather and great time.. came home today instead of rush hour in the morning... so glad for that... took 4 hours, two accidents to slow for.. ugh!!! it was 80 degrees yesterday and we spent most of day around the pool, reading trashy magazines and playing Scrabble... oh yeah, and have some IP... last night was so much fun at same Mexican Restaurant.. sat outside under little fairy lights and no heaters necessary, thank you.... will start trying to catch up a little... :}^ <3

Hopefully the gray whale pics will work.

Wow, Sheila those are awesome. :><: :><: :><: How deep is the water in the harbour?...it looks shallow some how  but maybe that is just an optical delusion because those whales are big and will displace a lot of water :D

I'm busy scanning my slides of Australia & New Zealand tonight. I won't get done tonight though as I started too late. Here is a picture of some Kangaroos & one with a baby-(clickable)

This was from the Healsville (sp?) Sanctuary, which if my memory serves me right, is in or near Melbourne.

Oh Jill, how sweet. I love the roos myself! Someday, I hope to go to New Zealand and Austraia. I have friends who live in New Zealand, near Auckland. I think Australia has some of the cutest animals on the planet, Koalas, Parrots, Cockatiels, Kangaroos, Wallobees (sp?) and array of birds, animals and great snorkeling with wonderful fish. Keep the photo's coming!
