PAULA--Oh the videos of NCTC are just precious! Thank you for getting them here for us all to enjoy! Gives us all a taste of what is to come here on Channel Island nests and the joys we have ahead <3 ---and of course we will worry at times too--

That little chicklet is sooooo cute and as always these eagles amaze us with their tenderness.

Darling piggie video Sandie.

Can never get enough pics of beautiful Siobhan.

What a tragic story of Heart Island - have not heard about it before - wonder if I'll ever get to see it - maybe someday.

Elaine - Are you a Ethel M or Godiva chocolate fan?

<::: More drama at the Maine nest yesterday :o

OMG! What happened after the collision??? :(

Elaine It would appear that they are both okay because there were eagles back at the nest today. Speculation is that there is another female who needs to use that nest and the resident eagles are not going to give it up  Then there is that juvie who's been hanging around and another male...possibly???? It's all a big mystery because none of those eagles have any wing blings to help identify them :P

The Maine forum is turning into one big mystery novel with all kinds of conjecture about who is doing what :D Seriously though, it is cause for some concern for all of those eagles :X: they get it sorted out without any injuries.

Penny - You just brought back so many wonderful memories for me with Jessie and Katie.  Jessie hated to have her face blown dry and brushed and Katie hated having her bum-bum done.  Alan and I bathed them every 2 weeks or so but I did take them to a groomer every 2 months for hair trimming.

Siobhan is sooooooooooooooooo beautiful and I hope you gave her a treat.

Awwwwww thank you Carole. Siobhan does not want to have her nails cut, her feet seem to be a sensitive area like most dogs. She is okay with just about anything else. I usually towel her off really well and just use the hair dryer for the heaviest areas of her coat. Her face dries fairly fast with just the 'overblow'. I don't point the dryer at her face at all and she always gets her treat after the 'ordeal' :D

Elaine - Are you a Ethel M or Godiva chocolate fan?

Top o' the morning to ya, Sheila! About chocolates: I have never heard of Ethel's chocolates but I do know Godiva'a. I first 'met' them in San Francisco about 20 years ago. :P Now they are all over the east coast, too. I will have to look up Ethel online.
Have a great day.
