Looks like BRI is trying to figure out if these are the original eagles or not. Close ups of the face and the tail feathers. And now a close up of the talons. |

I run around all over the place getting all the 'best' stuff I can find on our favorite subject After reading so many of these rescue stories, I now know that you need to carry a blanket or really big beach towel around everywhere you go just to be ready for any Eagle emergency

This is for Kris because it is a short video of a raven making a really oddball cry at the Maine nest. People on that forum have been trying to figure out which bird was making this noise and now they know...it was caught on tape ![]() ![]() Click on screencap for video by greencashew (:49) There is a lot of wind in the microphone noise but I turned down my sound and could still hear that crazy raven call

Penny thanks for the great Raven call video link. Despite how they harrass the Eagles, I do love those Corvids. I always did go for Brains over Brawn. And, it really must have been 'for' me because on the same page in the linked videos to the right, very synchronistically, was this Youtube posting from a show I worked on a few years ago, before Chowder, Teen Titans. Very funny coincidence! Peetie thanks for asking about Ed in your email. I'm so behind with everything lately that my DD even got upset with me last week for not answering her email. He's still struggling with his health issues and hoping we can manage to move to England before the year is out. Happy Belated Birthday to Jeanette and Jennifer. Safe trip to Deb & ES. :soar: :soar: And Happy St. Pat's Day to All. Gotta' get working now.

Sorry to have been :ph43r: today but due to circumstances beyond my control i have been cursed with a recurring migraine all day since about 3am this morning. Two immitrex tablets later and not much releif. So if i am typing a little goofy its from the hydromorphone pill.Glad to see that NCTC has at least one eaglett but the site says the others were likely not viable Shouldnt Norfolk be just about due to bless the lovely couple with ?

They've zoomed in at Norfolk, where a hatching is expected any time. Mom seems to be listening.

Penny - that should have said - "Squish me, I'm Irish!" I'll squish him no matter what color he's wearing! Hope your migraine goes away soon, George.
