Stephanie: What a fabulous update!!!! I have been hoping there would be some news of Cruz (I was a little somewhat concerned). She looks great in her new look. I'm glad she is hanging around the islands. Hopefully, she'll run into A64 who also seems to be hanging around the island. Maybe she'll stay around the islands and pair up locally!!. Thanks so much for all you and IWS do. Vickih |

A-49 has been seen! What a relief! Don't take this wrong, but I had to laugh  Just like an adolescent, she appears to be hitting those awkward years! Her feather colors are changing so rapidly! Little does she know how they will all fall into place before she knows it and she will soon be the regal, gorgeous-looking Eagle soaring above those glorious islands!! Hoping the Grassland pair keeps builing in the tree! They need some luck!!Great update! Thanks as always!!!

Thanks IWS crew for such a terrific report and beautiful pics of the eagles on the island - won't it be great when the sky if filled with even more eagles flying around - beautiful pics of A-49 Cruz - so very happy you saw her and were able to get pics too - she is growing up so fast - won't be long until some handsome male eagle spots her - sorry for the human way of talking - appreciate all of the work you do. |

I forgot it was Wednesday. Thank you for the incredible report. Your photos of A-49 gave me the chills! My eyes started to well up. That knee jerk reaction is still there. The eagles flying overhead on Santa Cruz...the group of them gives me the chills. Just the BEST. Thanks for the great news on all the eagles. The photos of Cruz are terrific. I'm so happy. |
