Thanks Vicki, that first picture I thought was a four winged duck... finally found the head of the second duck... missed you Friday at Endless Summer.... :}^

I missed you too! But I'll see you at Yolanda's on the 5th, and on the 18th at the lake! Woo Hoo! Wild horses couldn't keep me away!

norfolk triplets up close and personal

Just tried to upload a video of the norfolk triplets i captured this afternoon to YouTube. Wish i could figure out where and how to embed here a clickable thumbnail for it but the URL will have to do. You can really see the egg tooth atop each beak in this clip

I just went down to check my tomato plants and they have grown inches since we planted them on the 21st... we have a 'tomato war' going on in the family.. who can grow the biggest and best.... I have 8 plants 2 the same the rest different..

Hmm maybe you should play them the themsong from the classic movie "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" to make them the biggest boys of the family?

Words by John DeBellow, vocals by Lewis Lee from the film

:<:: Song Lyrics:
Attack of the killer tomatoes!
Attack of the killer tomatoes!
They'll beat you, bash you,
Squish you, mash you
Chew you up for brunch
And finish you off for dinner or lunch!

They're marching down the halls
They're crawling up the walls
They're gooey, gushy, squishy, mushy
Rotten to the core
They're standing outside your door!

Remember Herman Farbage
While taking out his garbage
He turned around and he did see
Tomatoes hiding in his tree
Now he's just a memory!

I know I'm going to miss her
A tomato ate my sister
Sacramento fell today
They're marching into San Jose
Tomatoes are on their way!

The mayor is on vacation
The governor's fled the nation
The police have gone on strike today
The National Guard has run away
Tomatoes will have their day!

Attack of the killer tomatoes!
Attack of the killer tomatoes!
They'll beat you, bash you,
Squish you, mash you
Chew you up for brunch
And finish you off for dinner or lunch
Lunch, lunch
Dinner or lunch, lunch, lunch
Dinner or luuuuuunch

George, the triplets all seem very alert. Talk about close-ups! Nice job on your video clip. I could see the egg tooth clearly.
