Kathie (Iggle), her sister, my friend Camille are combining our tours on May 4th. Since Kathie's was on the 5th, with just two, mine on the 4th with just two, heck we're all friends and what an adventure with 4 wild women in the truck. Poor Peter and Steffani. Uh oh, now it's the Catalina 4!

Deb - I am so proud of your niece for speaking out about the dangers of mowers and tractors. Whitley is an amazing child, she is running around like she was never injured. Thanks for sharing this with all of us. :Hugs:

Deb, Kathie mentioned it after talking with you and Joanie at Endless Summer. Hey, why not give our Peter and Steffani a break! Thanks for the suggestion.

Summer - well when you think of how many tours :o :o were awarded by B-)) last year at the conclusion of the NAC - WOW! So to help make it easier for he and Steffani and the difficult schedules they keep - we decided to combine 2 tours into 1 outing!

AND bonus - we had a super great time! Plus it seemed to encourage lots of interesting eagle discussions along the way! It was a win win for all of us! :><:

Laurie - Please tell me the accident was not caused by the eagles......

Kathie, I am PLEASED to tell you the eagle had nothing to do with the accident. It was a young man who is known for his recklessness. It finally caught up with him. He passed 4-5 cars in a no passing zone on a curve, hit an oncoming car head on. The women driving the other vehicle is 7 months pregnant. Both vehicles caught on fire. The woman and her baby are going to be fine. Unfortunately the young man has 3rd degree burns on face, back, legs and hands. He's been trasported to another facility out of town.

That's awful, Laurie, but I'm glad the woman & her unborn baby are going to be OK. What a miracle!

Deb - Joanie was telling me about you peeps combining your tours which gave me the idea. When I emailed Vicki about it, she had already thought it up on her own. GMTA! I think it will be way more fun this way and maybe the added weight in the truck will keep all four wheels on the ground at least part of the time! :8O:

I know with 4 of us it will be a blast! All of us have different questions, and concerns, not to mention all the giggling that will go on in the truck. Yes, last year they awarded more tours than ever! And let's face it, we want our IWS crew to be able to have time to do their jobs. Peter's response was, great, but 3 of your will be in the back seat. Oooh, wish he was in the back seat! rofl rofl Mrs. S, probably wouldn't like that. rofl rofl Either Steffani or Peter, it will be a priceless tour! Camille (Eaglenut) bought some fancy binocculars for the trip to spot those eagles and nests.
