Hi Lala :) Been here but just not as often. School is on Spring Break for 2 wks. so my work schedule is different. I don't have a split shift for these 2 wks. so not home during the day anymore and by the time I finish reading the days posts most everyone is retired for the night  I posted a pic of Jossy the other day, tho. Think it was on Thurs. Had a great dinner with Deb and Gary. They are very easy to talk with and didn't want to leave but they were still on NY time so tired. Hope to see them again when they come out.

I am pretty sure the 2nd egg hatched on PH! It looks like 2 eaglets moving around but hard to see because daddy is in the way most of the time.

The 3rd Geo-Cacher of the day is prowling around the premises :}^ .... he was looking over the railing, checking the co-ords, wandering back and forth... Scott said 'should we take pity on him and give him a hint'? I 'activated' my Audubon eagle and moved it front and center on the counter . At first he ignored and then just walked into the office stating (with a smile) 'I guess I've been outed' - turns out he used to live up near Lake Shasta and recognized the 'eagle call' ... too funny ... all we said was that, NO, it's not INside (or IN the water).... a minute or so later, the 'MO' suddenly connected and he found it immediately! Now he is HOOKED - showed him the PH Nest in WMP (he couldn't believe the clarity) and the TH accessed through IWS.org. He left with the website in hand to go home and show his kids! His 'name' is TeamGeoTracker (I think he said) and maintains a couple of caches himself at good birdwatching sites in an effort to 'share' that experience with others. This is gonna be FUN! AND what a great opportunity to 'spread the word' about the Eagle Restoration Project!! :)^

Team Geo-Rangers found Peter's Sacred Door (Traditional Cache) at 4/4/2009

Log Date: 4/4/2009
What a great cache and point out. Have been to Peter's Landing many times but a first for going inside and meeting the nice folks who oversee this cache. The eagle project is wonderful and the web cams are incredible. Looking forward to watching more!

TFTC Team Harpo! Come on back to SoCal anytime! Dropped a coin.

Team Geo-Rangers

It's All Good!

Wow Joanie what a great way to introduce people to the cams and IWS. You really are going to be busy.

Love your ticker. Guess where Gianna is these weekend??? Visiting your favorite guy...Disneyland! Yep She has already called me this morning and has seen Mickey and Minnie. I want pictures please :clk: Kids are having a great time and sounds like Gianna is too. Can't wait for their return to see what she remembers.

Just got back from taking the kids for a walk by the river. We were standing there on the shore and my husband pointed out the Eagle that was flying just over our heads just above the trees. A couple of minutes later the Eagle landed in a tree right across the river from us about 100 yards away! My son was estatic. I see Eagles quite often since I live right by the river but none the less every time they "SIMPLY TAKE MY BREATH AWAY" what beautiful creatures they truely are.

Thanks for the GREAT posts today while I was out. :D

Seems a little quieter out there today...not nearly as much wind for one!
