I haven't hear of that - is it new? What kind of food do they have. I used to work out there a few years ago and there really weren't that many good places to eat. I used to like the Pasta Cafe, I think it was called, on Southern. Sometimes in the summer we drive out there to the LJS/A&W. There isn't an A&W in ABQ, and I love that cold rootbeer in a frosty mug! |

OK, I remember the Turtle Mountain. I worked just a bit east of there. Maybe we will try the Fat Squirrel sometime. |

HEDI: In Harpo's absence I'll try to answer since I've had a recent 'crash course' in this past-time It's designed for unlimited multiple individuals/teams to seek and find ... on an ongoing basis. I'm guessing that these 3 that showed up today probably had an 'alert' set to be notified by email (or phone? or Twitter?) for any new caches in their vicinity (looks like they are organized by zipcodes) and jumped at the opportunity to be the 'first to find' as that team posted FTF so must be a 'badge of honor' and then the 2nd gal that showed up posted that she 'shouldn't have slept in this morning' or she would have been 'FTF'. The last one this afternoon was supposed to be 'running errands' but thought he could add a cache site in among them.... hopefully we will have many more and since they are 'instructed' by Team Harpo to 'say Hi', once they find and log-in, we will have an opportunity to 'expand their eagle horizons'! :soar: Harpo &/or ES ... Please add your extensive knowledge to this! It's Deb & Gary's Cache (Team Harpo) but we get to 'babysit it' and make sure it's stocked with paper for the visitors to 'log-in' and we are inserting 'business cards' for the cachers to take that has the info about IWS, their website and the live cams! |

Joanie, hiking with Kathie (Iggle) today, I was asking her if she knew anything about it. She knew a bit more than me. So, she suggested I ask Deb (Harpo) for the scoop. So, thanks Joanie for the info on Geo Caching.

Thanks Joanie, I thought it was over once it was found the first time. I'm going to have to try and figure out how to do this. Sounds like a lot of fun. |
