George, DH thought your hockey action photos were excellent. :)^ :)^

I am still sorting through the remainder of the 200 shots i got last night. I will iniially work on the ones that instantly stand out and then move them into a temporary folder "edited".

Then I will return to the main folder and go thru them again to see what i can salvage or toss out to the recycle bin as "Crap". Post production can be very time consuming. This is what many who have thier weddings shot forget after the photographer finishes at the church/reception. The post production work in ps can be time consuming but....far less time consuming that if you send negatives to the lab or print them in your own lab.

Yesterday Goose and I made our first trip to Allen’s Camera and Video Shop in Levittown in pursuit of a 400 mm lens. :clk: It is probably one of a few genuine camera shops left in our area.

There is one which may be closer to you than up there in Bucks County right in Bryn Mawr called "The Camera Shop" right on Lancaster Pike er US 30. This is not too far east of the Bryn Mawr Trust bank and the access to the Bryn Mawr train station on the right about 5 blocks farther east. They are more of a Professinonal oriented store than , Ritz ever was even after it took over the local philly chain known as "The Camera Shop, Inc."

(note the similarity in these two names. Theyre not the same operation but were run by two rival brothers. I have a some family stories about thier father whose store was right around the corner from great grandads studio from the early 30's up til the mid 50s)

Goerge, all you need to do is hop on a plane in Phila and land in Norfolk. You can walk from there to the garden. You could even take pictures from the airplane window as you are landing. NO KIDDING!
