I think it might be rated 'R'. The laughter never stops. ER is just a hoot, I can't get over what a character she is.

Lala I must have missed your post when initially reading.. What a tragedy. Boats and lakes can be very dangerous places if you are not careful. Like the boat running over me. Who would have thought something like that could happen at the dock!!! I'm so sorry and to think it should never have happened. Poor little family. Peetie for goodness sakes what are you going to do with this little kitty of yours? He must have a very delicate stomach I have postponed my other eye surgery (due tomorrow) in favor of moving. I could not do them both so close together so I rescheduled it for May 11 my DD's birthday. I'd like something wonderful to commemorate that day for her. Getting my eyesight back will be a great thing!! |

I am cheap and refuse to go to cable. I have the basic DirecTv which costs me roughly 30/month which provides me with more channels than i care to watch. I refused to go to cable as the connedfast er comcast here is almost $50/month and it tends to go down often despite all the upgrades that theyve done. I think over hte past 5 years the only time my sat dish died was during very very heavy rain or very dense snow falling which blocks the signal to the dish about 6 times. Cable has gone out way more often. |

They say, "Yes." Mei Xiang did the same thing to Tai Shan up in D.C. Sometimes it was so hard to watch, but I had to keep telling myself, "There's a lesson in there somewhere." Interestingly, that's one of the reasons the Chinese are leaving the cubs with the moms longer in China. When they first started the conservation program, they removed the cubs asap because there was such a high mortality rate and they wanted as many cubs as possible to live. Plus, with the cub removed from the mother, there was the chance that the female would go into estrus the following spring and produce another cub or two. Sped things up. The mother pandas were just baby machines at that point. Well . . . there arose the problem of who was going to teach the baby pandas how to be pandas? Here in the U.S., the decision was made to leave the cubs with the moms to see if there was a benefit to the cub to be reared by its mother. They came to the conclusion that there is a benefit, so now the Chinese are leaving their cubs with their mothers longer. They still have a problem with releasing the pandas into the wild. They don't know how to fight and defend territory. And . . . the one panda that they have released to the wild, poor Xiang Xiang, was released into another panda's territory . . . not a happy ending. So, the dilemma now is . . . how do they teach the pandas how to fight? I'm not really crazy about their solution to that problem. The plan is to use German Shepherds. I don't know who to be more scared for -- the pandas or the German Shepherds.
