Penny, I LOVE matzo crackers. I wait all year long for them. Went through two boxes single handedly this year.  :P

 Sara. DH enjoys them all year round too...

We just finished some matzah pizza's with an orange/spinach salad for lunch so we are done.

Now we have 2 boxes left so I think I'll just bring them to the picnic at Lake Casitas and then any Cruzer's who want to can have the matzah experience :D

What to bring to put on them though

Penny - Thank you so much for doing the Xi Lan/Squish updates.  I just have been so busy with lots of other things and trying to get ready to go to Montreal this weekend to visit my Mom.  I really love all your updates about all the nests and especially Squish.  :Hugs:

Thanks Carole and the same to you for all the Eagleland updates and the screenshots and videos of the CHIL nests every day.

Did you see that there is an update from Zoo Atlanta today?

I hope your Mom is doing okay.

What the heck - Passover will be done - how about some nice gooey Brie? :v8v: Or Summer Sausage & Cheddar? The lox & cream cheese does sound awfully good too though.... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. :Yum: I've been online checking out all the Avalon restaurants this afternoon too!

All good ideas Joanie and Kathie. :D

Think I'll forget the egg salad though because we will be driving for almost 3 hours on Friday...mayo is very iffy if it isn't refrigerated.

We are just leaving to pick up the groceries now and it seems the police have surrounded and handcuffed a truck driver right near the condo. They are putting on blue gloves now to search his truck :8O:

IGGLE/Kathie ... We had a geat meal at Antonio's - moderately priced, very casual (what isn't?) but you're OK wearing the dust from the day exploring the Island (and Darwin's sheddings in the truck ;-) - take your appetite if you go for their 'special' which is the 2-Day Old Spaghetti!! :Yum:

Vicki has already extolled the virtues of the 2-day old spaghetti at Antonios, so I suspect I will end up there for one. And she says Mi Casita is the required first night venue. Can't seem to talk her into buffalo burgers though....

Kathie/IGGLE ... don't know where your path will take you with Steff but you can grab a Buffalo Burger at the airport if you wind up in that vicinity around lunch-time and they serve a pretty good one on the Green Pier if you are out and about 'doing the town' :D ... better, IMO, than those at El Galleon.

Carole/NATURE ... I love lox - I was practically weaned on it but it's one of the only things Scott doesn't like ... in fact he doesn't like salmon at ALL so I tend to order it when we go out as I don't wish cook separate items for us.
