Has the equipment on the old nest gone bad or is it still a matter of getting to the Mainland to get the signal up and running? Especially now with the two chicks --my fingers are crossed the streaming could be restored. It must make your jobs easier if you can view from the office and one less nest to physically climb out to --to check on. |

Both. We need to run a new power cable and put in a solar panel and battery closer to the camera. I then need to go to the mainland and put in a new receiver. I don't want to work on the camera until the chicks are a little older, in case the adults leave the nest. Hopefully I can do something in the next 2-3 weeks. |
