Great pictures, Jill! By the way, are you watching The #1 Ladies Detective Agency on tv? I think of you when I watch it. I loved Africa.

Ewango is gorgeous! Perfect specimen.

Jill, in episode 2 (I think), they showed giraffes fighting. I wonder how long it took them to get that footage. Awesome to see. Neither one looked like they took any damage.

Plus, the writing has dealt with the "African heart," which had such an impact on me when I was there.

I still have to find that picture of the leopard . . .

Just scrolled through the last couple of days and can't begin to remember what all I wanted to comment on. But I did see that I missed two important anniversaries, so -

Belated Happy birthday Dr. Sharpe!! :bday: And many more....

Lots of wonderful photos the last few days. I'm too tired to be specific but I loved them all. I'm turning in and wish you all a good night. :Zz:

Oh my goodness I certainly picked the W R O N G day to clean my old apt. Good grief it was 106 there today. I could not believe my eyes. That kind of weather belongs in Bakersfield. Then I had to go to PT and then off to school. Now home. At least I am finally DONE with the old place.

Paul is taking me to Santa Barbara tomorrow for my birthday. Don't know what he has planned. It will just be fun to be with him.

Oh, Pettie. Sorry you are not feeling like yourself. Be careful with medicine. It can really "trip you up". I speak from experience!!! I sure messed up my medicine on moving day. I was a sick "blonde" :bld: girl. Glad to hear about your father. Sounds like he will be a travelin man soon. That's a little slang for you to learn. I think it was a song or a movie "travelin man".

Everyone's pictures were so great.

I'm amazed three camera for Cumbrians???? Boy they really don't want to miss an instant of anything huh? Good for them.

I can't wait for those pics Jann. Aren't those scooters wonderful? That way you don't miss anything and can keep up with the group. I'd have to do that too.

If you eat ice cream with a fork you don't get as many calories. rofl

Sara....I just miss you to pieces. Seems so long since we've had time to chat!! .....thanks for your words of wisdom. How do you spell YARD SALE!!!

I still don't have my bed put together :'( ....Glad my couch is comfortable. I think it's going to be awhile before it gets together again.

Lala - love the pics you took of yours and Sara's day with Pat & Roy and PP as well.

Penny - Love the Jammie pants pics - he is growing up soooo very fast - very handsome. Sure glad there were lots of Cruzer events while you were here in CA - can't believe the months have gone by so fast - seems like you just got here to me.

Love the beautiful mountain blue bird.

Felt sorry for the Norfolk parents trying to shield the chicks from the rain and wind - the chicks kept trying to get under mom as much as possible.

Jann - I was concerned about the heat when I heard the 4 of you were going to WAP - Escondido area can get really, really hot - glad you got to see alot though - if the grandkids come out next summer (spending summer with Dad & Toot) want to take them to San Diego - WAP, Sea World & Legoland.

Jill - what a beautiful camp area - thanks for the pics.

Hiker - love the pics of your grandchildren - they are so very cute.

Just loving all the Cruzer pics - will try to get mine posted soon.

Sheila, that was Deb who posted the newest pics of Jamie Pants :D but you are so right about the months just flying by.

We just got in from a late night walk with Siobhan and it is still 78 at 1:20AM. We are in for a big temperature change when we get home next week. :(

Penny we are in for a huge temp change here too. Heard it was going to be in the 60's by Friday. So when do you go home....what day. Seems like yesterday that it was dinner at Yolanda's. Isn't April a fantastic month? All these cruzer events and fun and frivolity and pictures.

I am "unpacking" more like trying to "find" things. I wanted my tape measure...finally gave up and used my arm. But I can now at least see some floor space and Baby Bernie is up off the floor. He's been there since 4/17.

I was rude and obnoxious to one of the women at the old place. She has been awful to me for a long time. I said as she walked by "I bet you'll be glad to get rid of me!!!!! Bite my tongue....NOT.

Jann do you think it would be nice to have "albums" of our events by the year. Would that be feasable? I was just thinking :bld: I know a blonde moment. But it would be nice to reflect back on our "years" pictures. I have no idea what that would take to set up. But maybe we could start with this year since it's just April. Except Cumbrians had those 3 cameras. It might be too much to start this year.
THREE CAMERAS?????
