Where do the parent eagles sleep at night? Do they go to the nest or are they perched just off like at daylight hours? Since the web cams go dark I can't tell, is there much activity overnight? |

You'd just have to go by what is seen on other cams that have nightvision (we can't because ours are run on solar). We can't stay out until dark to watch nests because they are usually a good hike from a road. The adults should be on the nest, or at least nearby, at night. They have to keep the younger chicks warm, but by 5-6 weeks of age, the chicks should be able to keep themselves warm at night. |
