Sure. The San Francisco Zoo did that for many years to provide 8 week old eaglets for our restoration projects. |

The American Eagle Foundation raises captive chicks also. The AEF is the home of Challenger, the captive flying bald eagle. |

Our scout troop went to Cleveland last year and their Museum of Natural History has a pair of eagles that have raised at least one (and I think other) chicks in captivity! wish I could remember the whole story hmmmmm where's that card I had ....
