What is it? I asked.
'Two Bags.'

:haha: :haha: :haha: Thanks so much for sharing Marti....

I loved the part about the 9 yr olds surrounding Jack's nap!!!!

I'm glad Biff loves it and does it so well. Some people just have "it". DH had "it".

When I won that trip to Houston and I talked them into allowing him to go in to the flight simulator....he had the biggest grin I have ever seen. That delighted me.

I do think "Biff" got a little carried away. Taking those Gs can be dangerous. I wonder if they have to have a doctors okay before going up?

Questions for you, Lala, regarding the bird house. Approximately, how far off the ground is it and does it face north? Also, what are the general dimensions of it and the size of the hole? I love interesting bird houses that are not just decorations, although, I do have a couple of those, but like to have ones where the birdies can really set up housekeeping. I love the pictures of this house and it's occupants.

Watched the last episode of "Lonesome Dove" last night...great movie, even after 20 years.

Sandie, I think that dog was precious! You could see the "wheels turning". He even went over to the live cat and then back to the video. rofl rofl rofl

George any News about your Dad? Guess everything's ok since you are Posting.

no news yet. He has gone away in the past with "Friends" so i am not sure what to make of this. He is not exactly open and defends his independence and could snap if the police come saying that somebody inquired about his welfare. Dealing with him is like walking upon a tightrope. One misstep and you end up in deep trouble.

Wow Marti what a great Eaglecopter :D

That story was so hysterically funny...poor Two Bags....it doesn't sound as though he is ever going back up there with Biff or anyone else ever again rofl

I really wonder how well any animal 'sees' a computer screen???? Siobhan has no reaction unless there is noise involved

Further to the issues with the Peregrine falcons....here is what they are doing in the UK to protect them....DNA tests to protect them from thieves!!!!! :)^

Forgot to mention this but the Hoodman Loupe 3.0 gizmo arrived today a few days premature delivered by the Postal Service Stork. Loupe is fully functional and now is resting with parent here in the nursery with no need for a ventilator or supportive measures. rofl

Unit works well for the reason i got it. Am able to view the display screen when outside in bright sunlight and no shade :)^

The Alpaca's do appear, (key word), to be cared for. However this one mother last week had some serious Dental Problems, and was unable to eat. I assume this is why the Owner could not tell she was expecting with all of the experience she has with her Farm. They were hand feeding the mother prior to her delivering. However it was very sad to see the Cria was a Premie in development. When it was born it had a low temperature, and they warmed it in a Hot Tub. They still lost that Cria. Now yesterday they lost another one. Not sure what happened. The adults are going up to $12,000, and the younger ones, (not babies), are going for $400.00. They have many, many adult Alpaca's, and at the moment 9 Cria's. After a Cria is born they breed the mother again two weeks later. She has no time to rest Post Partum and get built up again gaining her strength back. I would say it's about the same as a Puppy Mill. She is nothing more then a money making machine spitting out Cria's for Sale, and for their wool.

Cricket: if you are really concerned, why don't you file a complaint with the ASPCA? Just complaining to all of us sympathizers won't change anything...you're preaching to the choir here.

The temporary netting below the Delta nest was just removed about 15 minutes ago by David Hancock. Now that Bandit is wingersizing, he should be able to flap his way down if he accidentally falls from the nest. :)^

Look how big s/he is now :o

I am glad they are keeping the location a secret, tho. There are so many ladybugs all over, including the ground and tons of people going to "see" would be stepping on them :( We have scores of white butterflies fly thru here every year and its so sad to see them squished all over the cars from when they fly over the roads following their path to get wherever it is they go.
