Strange, in the video Mr. Feaser makes one feel that it is all the Game Commission's idea to try to help Yellow Girl! In any event, I hope she can be helped.

The thing is despite all the citizen action by the falcon lovers of HBG, the state is working without pay and my suspicions are raised to the extent of thinking that the Pa Game Commission and the other goverment mouthpices are only "playing beakservice to the cameras and media. Nobody has stated what efforts are being made to catch Yellow Girl so that she can be given the help.

I spoke to our State Representive Kathy Watson today about Yellow Girl. She is a Patient in the Office. Being a lover of our Falcon's, I'm sure she will get the ball rolling.

Reenie the site Administrator who works in the R.C. Office Building said the upper beak looks just fine. What we are seeing is food stuck on it! She watches her from the "Bad Window" where the nest is, and they cut holes in the shade so the birds think they have some privacy, but not really.

My Mango Tree arrived yesterday, and tonight after work I want to go buy a nice pot for it. That is if the Garage brings it back tonight. The A.C. is leaking, and they are having trouble finding out where. At least today was a no charge. I love my Mechanic.

Maybe Ken will take me if I'm nice to him.

The above Link is to the Falcon Cam. The Link will take you to a still picture. Just below that you will see in green the Link for WMP which will take you there Live.

There is a Falcon there now. It was in the scrape, but is now on the stick. I think it is an adult.

Lala, I just love your photos of Precious. Thanks.

Thanks Cat.. I think I had more fun yesterday with him than I have ever had with a wild creature.. he just seems to perform when I am there to watch.. he was just looking for something to do.. grabbing berries.. dive-bombing birds... and the stick was just so fun to watch...

Linda - On my way home from work last night I passed a dead squirrel lying by the side of the road and had to fight myself from pulling over to snag it for you to add to your Precious pantry! rofl

Lala, I know exactly what you mean. I never tire of watching all the birds (and our resident rock squirrel) in our yard. This year it was especially fun to watch parents bring their young to the yard and show them what was good to eat. By looking up each of the birds so that I can identify them, I have learned a lot about them.

My DH has "trained" the scrubs jays to tap on his office window. He then immediately jumps up and gets peanuts for them. Or maybe it is the jays that have trained DH? rofl
