I will never forget hearing about President Kennedy being shot. We were told over the loud speaker in our classroom and everyone was dismissed for the rest of the day. When I got home, there were my parents watching the news on TV and my Dad was crying. That was the first and only time I ever remember seeing my father cry. Kathie, squirrelsicles I think Lala realy did a number on us because we are all looking at road kill as a possible food source for a wild creature we know around home now :lol:Vickie I hope you feel better soon ![]() That is really too bad about the scout who can't do the trek Deb. At least he found out about it before he left home

Well, I hope that anyone that has the 'guts' to remove road kill from the road, might save another critter from being hit by a car too... how many birds try and eat the road kill, barely escaping cars and trucks... and I won't mention one of our favorite eagles that tried to have dinner in the road.... |

Good Morning Peep's. Today is National Caviar Day. I like a little of this on my Clams on the Half Shell. George I would call them and tell them you are a brittle Diabetic, You need your Insulin and syringes along with your other supplies you ordered. They pull that stunt with me in the Office with our supplies. They will leave them of the Office stoop, and not even bring in the heavy boxes even though they have a hand truck to do so! |

I have gone out there with a chair on wheels ,and put boxes on it and pushed it into the Office. I told Ken not to give them a bonus this year, because of the louzy service we get anymore. The one year, they left all my Christmas Gifts out on the stoop, and down on the steps too! The one was a Cherry Curio Cabinet. You know that was very heavy, and akward for me to move. I did it though. |

I was in 10th Grade Religion Class when the Nun came in crying, and told us JFK had been assinated. The girl in front of me dropped to the floor, and had a Grand Mal Seizure. We were all in tears going home on the buss. I was glued to the tube for the next few days, and I can still hear the sound of those drums. I'll never forget. |

They are talking about doing a LIVE capture on Yellow Girl NEXT WEEK! I mentioned how our 911 Team was at P.H. the SAME DAY when our Eaglets were in trouble last year! I am LIVID, but trying to stay calm about it. You may be reading about me in the paper. I have a plan. The accident was 2 WEEKS AGO by the Authority's account. I saw Yellow Girl when I was in Harrisburg. Someone yelled Flyer and there she was making her final desent and approach to the legde, but she didn't have enough air so she did a fly by and went around a few more times before getting god air, and had to land on the roof. We all gave a big sigh of relief. She was so funny yelling the entire time as though to announce her arrival. |
