Jill loved the shot of the Burro's. They are precious.

My thoughts on the W.E. Human Intruder's yesterday on the nest are:

1. I feel as though it was planned out as they appeared to come prepared with climbing gear.

2. I'm sure it was done for publicity, and I hope they get plenty of that not the type they want.

3. They were experienced climbers due to the quick assent, and decent they did.

4. They knew the Cam was there because they looked at it twice and smiled!

5. I believe they were two males.

6. Either the parents, or Juvies were circling above the nest, as these dopes kept looking up.

Laurie - Welcome back, I missed you lots. :Hugs: Your so-called vacation sounded like a "Comedy of Errors" and the weather didn't cooperate at all. Hope DH is feeling better after his fall and that the next time you are up at the lake it will be perfect. Remember - no visitors with young children :8O: who aren't properly supervised.

Laurie welcome back to your 'real' home after your vacation from...well we don't want to go there

You must have just loved seeing all those feathered and furry creatures competing for all the ripened berries in your back yard this morning....kinda makes up for all the rainy days :)^

Hope your DH is not suffering any long term effects from his fall and that it doesn't negatively impact his fire fighting duties...broken pinkie :o OUCH

Thanks Carole.and Penny :Hugs: DH is doing much better.

Yes it was a comical vacation in a way. I just took my sneakers out of the washer. I managed to step in a very HUGE mud hole up to my ankles the last day at camp. They didn't clean up to well :( :D Looks like I'll get a new pair of sneakers out of it all.

Oh yes, Coleman had a wonderful time as well, I missed the funniest event while in the shower. Ronnie let Coleman out to play one morning. Was sitting at the dock and noticed Coleman in a crouched position - attack mode - looked to see what he was "attacking" A very nice doe was in the yard - intently watching Coleman. Coleman was just a wingling his back side, ready to attack. The deer "blew" at him and Coleman jumped about 18 inches in the air with his little paws "running" in mid air - landed on the ground dirt was flying and made a dash to the door. rofl rofl Tough kitty - He didn't want out the rest of the day.

So eventful in many ways.

I'm having issues with downloading my pictures. Think I'll try again later.
