Lala, Christopher's drawing is his current avatar. He posted on page 1 of today's chat, but if you refresh your browser, you should be able to see his drawing. Since avatars are so small, I uploaded Christopher's drawing that he sent me. ![]() edited to add picture |

Lockport is a small unincorporated community in Manitoba, Canada located just north of the city of Winnipeg. It is the site of ancient agricultural inhabitation, a migratory bird (the North American White Pelican) feeding area as well as a dam and lock of the Red River.![]() White pelicans belly up to the sushi bar Tuesday afternoon near the base of the Red River’s control structure at Lockport. One of the largest species of birds in the world, the pelicans give fishers downstream a run for their money. Lockport is known for having some of the best fishing in the world to both humans and birds. Specifically, the North Red River running through Lockport is known for some of the best fishing for trophy channel catfish. Lockport is an ancient settlement, predating European history by thousands of years. It is one of the oldest known settlements in Canada. |

Sandie, my cockatiels tell me when something is wrong too! I had kids on the beach last night shooting off fireworks till nearly midnight. I noticed my neighbors lights going on, and I called the cops, luckily they had 6 calls already. I just love my neighbors! Within 10 minutes of my call, it stopped. Yeah! |

Today is National Lasagna Day. I love it, but really have to try to make it sometime with a meat sauce. Good to hear from Deb and know she is safe, and having a great time. Your right about the bear track. It does appear inverted. I didn't notice it till you mentioned it. Love al of the feathers with the paintings. Catherine Hope you day is extra special in every way.

hmm perhaps you nest coasters can tell me. Is Van Nuys in La or Orange county?? The reason for my inquiry is that i was looking through some old papers that my father had lying about and finally figured out why he was given and had to hand out gold tie tacks of the Lunar Excursion Module and why he had to make freguent trips there when i was a kid. Turns out RCA in Van Nuys , a facility of my father's division, constructed the computer for the LEM used on the Apollo Missions to the moon. I was sort of wondering what it is now. Part of Locheed Martin? |

Gorgeous white pelican picture, Penny! It looks like a painting. White pelicans hang out in Morro Bay too and when my mom lived there I got lots of pictures of them out on the bay. I don't recall the black streak on the head though, so maybe there are different types? |
