Well, it's again 3am and "my ghost" woke me up again. I have to find out who this ghost is and that it is not to wake me up at 3am!!! Harpo I'm so sorry about all your sad news. Not good to come back to home to. Then ES not able to get home. Sorry about all the wet weather. As bad as it sounds it still seemed like fun. Just glad you are back safe and sound. Hope the one boy is better. We went fishing yesterday. Caught a couple worth eating. Sea bass. Will cook them tomorrow at a BBQ with friends. I was cleaning them at the sink on the pier and this seagull was so patient until this woman came with her camera and he kept watching her and me and the fish. Finally he couldn't help himself and grabbed the fish right out of my hand. I didn't mind it was just going to be bait fish but it was too funny to see it's face. My friend's daughter was just diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She called me today and said her daughter called 911 because her cereal had holes in it. This is such a cruel disease. I hope they find some sort of cure or coping medication. OK maybe the ghost is done with me for now and I can go back to sleep  |

Sandie, are you sure your computer is off? DH leaves his on all the time and it makes some very strange noises. In any event, I hope you were able to get back to sleep. Deb, I am so sorry you had to come home to so much sad news! I hope ES and the crew arrived safely. I am glad you are back. Karen, thanks for the photos! It is always great to see the juvies! |

Well maybe your ghost is actually good ole "Casper" who is there checking to make sure you are safe and well?? Not sunny here today. Was rather rudely awakened at 5am by very loud thunder and flashes of lightning. Then......a huge cracking sound. Lucky for me it was not one of my trees but a huge branch fell into my neighbor's lawn

Marti, I'll be waiting for them here until August 13th. They are spending 10 days with DIL family first in Boston. It's nice they have that stop in Boston to break up the very long 20 plus hour trip. When they arrive here they have already adjusted to the USA time change..
