Penny that is a beautiful Eagle.  A juvie or a Golden??

5.8     6.9     6.0     All in the same area???      :o

Isn't she just??? That is Azalea from NBG, the one with the transmitter and the last to go where eagles go when they leave their Virginia home :D

The earthquakes were all from Baja and were close together as aftershocks. Nobody on the forum seems to have felt them in CA. so maybe they were not on the San Andreas fault.
:)^

They felt them in San Diego from what I understand. That is what I heard on the news at my lunch break. Said the buildings were rocking a bit. I felt nothing here and I am about 35 miles north of San Diego.

George...looks like "hokt on fonix werkt for yew"! rofl rofl

KareninSoCali Thank you for the link to the Panda Birthday Party at San Diego Zoo--beautiful cake and beautiful Pandas.

I have spent the last half hour looking at all the videos there. Frank, the baby gorilla and his family unit are a pure delight too!

I LOVE FRANK! He is adorable beyond words!! Got to see a baby gorilla once being introduced to their outdoor viewing enclosure with its keeper. He was soooo cute! Would run over to a tree then run back to the keeper real quick and hide behind his leg with baby's arm wrapped around the keeper's leg! Just like human kids do around people they don't know  I could have stayed and watched all day.

Sorry to be jumping in here so late

Deb so very very sorry for your family's problems. Good grief I can't imagine all of those at one time. Hope all returns to sanity soon. The pictures were great today too. I especially loved the one of them up the trail and the young man carrying the american flag. Now that's what I'm talking about!!! You look a little out of place in the other picture....but cute.

Laurie, thanks for missing me!!! At the BBQ last night my neighbor joined us. He said oh yes we have a ghost that lives with us!! DD slept in my bed last night and said she felt the ghost in the bed last night. The night before I was in bed and felt it tap on the foot of my bed four times. So I read up and found a few things I can do. One of them is to TALK to them. So will try that again. Guess it's a good bet that someone died here.....this is a really old place.
And it sounds like you had a spectacular time this weekend. DH had a good idea to get away.

CatM that is one talented son. Artistic types often don't do well in "school studies" but make quite nice incomes from their abilities. If he can apply his talents of sand castle making to like cake decorating etc he'll do spectacular.

Lala will you be going to the fair on Wed??? I can hardly wait to have you tell us how the photos did. Photos of the photos with their ribbons????

Deb, I'm guess that person on the trail with the American flag is female. Probably a Mom? What dedicated parents involved with all that. Esp. in that weather.
And I don't think you look out of place at all! I see another Mom there and at least one Dad. Even if they were not there, you would never look out of place with all the work you do with them.
:ok: :clk:
