I wasn't around on Sat and in running thru some stuff this AM - here's dad and Limuw <3

always in our heart little one......

Posted Image

I have that picture of the two of them. It's just one of my favorites! Dad and Limuw having a chat. He sure bullied K10, and he didn't have the patience with him that mom, K26 did. Thanks for posting that...I was truly in a funk on the 15th, my heart was heavy with pain.

Kathie (Iggle) and I went hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains yesterday, she brought her beanie with A63 baby wing bling, I wore my pink Limuw Memorial T-Shirt, and since his death, I've had his big wing bling on my water/backpack.

Hello everyone. What a scorcher today. I'm melting but not complaining, winter will be here before we know it.

We spent the weekend at camp where it was much much cooler. nice breeze off the lake. Very hard to go down the lake yesterday. I really wanted to turn around and go back.

Congratulations to Sandie on her People's choice award for her table setting. :><: :><:

Hi Carlea. I've missed you and i enjoyed all your pictures.

Deb, looks like you had a great time caching this past weekend.

your not the only one here in the heat! Its already 92 here in philly and the only good part is you dont have to listen to Richard Simmons to be "Sweatin to the Oldies" :88: rofl Supposed to be the worst tomorrow with temps nearing the mid 90s with the typical late summer philly humidity

Maybe i AM a physical wreck after those long gone days of managing to evade and elude all HS gym classes but at least i have no love handles and that all of my hair is not gray rofl :hide:

Heat, that's why I'm leaving for Vegas day after tomorrow. It's freezing on the beach, the heat is on day and night. Cold fog....I haven't seen Santa Cruz and Anacapa in over a week. Send some heat to the Ventura County Coast. Actually, the valley is usually in the 100's this time of year, their high is in the mid eighties. so....we need some of your heat.

Hi Everyone.

I posted lots of pictures in yesterday chat from my trip to AZ. My step daughter and I went to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was hot over 100 every day we were there and 113 one day but to be honest it wasn't any worse then Florida when it is in the 90's with the humidity. Of course with my health issues I stayed mostly in the car and let my SD take the pictures.

Just got back from my doctor and my left leg is not cellulitis but she did say if it got worse I was to take the medicine she gave me. Boy did that make me feel better.

Hugs to everyone and especially those that are going thru trying times right now.

Carlea - Thank goodness it's not cellulitis, I remember the last time you were hospitalized with it. Just take the medication and you will be fine soon. Big hugs to you..... :Hugs:

Well, I finally feel almost human. Jeeeeesh. Something must be going around cause a few people I have encountered has something similar.

School starts tomorrow. Spiritual healing and phlebotomy. Should be fun and interesting.

I'm in so much pain. I wanted to stay and help at the fair but all I could do is go pick up my tablesetting and other stuff and help a little then came home. I'm really scared I'll have to have something done with my hip.....O U C H!!!

I was not here Saturday for Limu but held him and his memory in my heart all weekend. Such a sad time for all of us.

I have not read all of chat but so sorry for Mina and Molly.

Harpo you always manage to entertain us with your adventures. Great slide show thanks for bringing us along.

Lala don't forget your pictures. I never did see a couple of them and I went thru the building three times!!! But #1 for me!!!

I am just so tired of the fog here. All I could see of the fireworks were a red glow in the sky. I found out the fireman that sets off the fireworks at the fairgrounds drives to Bakersfield every day (four hours) to pick them up and set them off. They will not allow him to store them anywhere near the fairgrounds. I don't think they should set them off if it's so foggy you can't see them. Goodness. Waste of money????

OK going back to lay down a little while.

Carlea Happy for you that you got good news about not having cellulitis---you must be very relieved.

Your photos of your trip are so beautiful! Happy that you got to come West again and see some more of Nature's beauty here --- you are a real trooper to come in the grips of summer.

I love the father/son shot of K-10 & Limuw. It is also one of my favorites. I wonder if there is a Mother/Daughter of K-26 & Cruz anywhere?

JeanneC CONGRATULATIONS on your 3,800+ Postings. Way to go! :><: :><: :><:
