Well I'm back. Left George at The Train Station a little over an hour ago. Had a wonderful time at the Dog Show. The Weather held out for us. My President wanted me to work as a Ring Steward, but I refused. Wouldn't have been fair to George anyhow. It was hot sitting in the sun. I did find some shade later on. We watched Rally Obedience, and George got some nice shots of different breeds of dogs. He prefers the Rottweiler. We saw a cute B&W Cocker Spanial that was adorable. Very in tune with it's Master/Mistress. We saw it was either an Irish or Russian Wolfhound. REALLY BIG DOG! Towered over it's Handler when it stood up on the back legs! Lots of German Shepherd Dogs, B&T, B&R Black, and Sables too! Some pups that were adorable but already Sold!
A Portuguese Water Dog, A Vizla, a Red Doberman, A Pointer and a mix of a Rotty and a German Shepherd. We had Lunch there and George shot a Bat which I spotted inside where we bought the food and ate. Then we watched The Canine Good Citizen's Test! He has quite few really nice pictures which I'll try to explain if doesn't remember. I gifted George with a cute Beanie Eagle and he gave me my flapping Eagle Cap. |

I enjoyed it, and am already looking forward to Sept., and Oct. Shows. Sept. is our Agility, and Oct. is our Specialty. I think George would prefer the Agility Mixed Breed Show the end of Sept. Although he was looking at a few G.S. Dogs today with interest. I asked if this was something he would be interested in doing again, and he said yes! |

Bette-You are welcome. Yes we both had a really nice day together. I think he was surprised that it ended around 12:30. I think it started around 9 ish or so. Not a lot of Entry's, but the Agility Show will be like nothing he ever saw before, and our Club's Specialty too. La Creme De La Creme will be there to go for Points. |

Laurie.. love the song, love Kenny Loggins... he's a local (if you call Santa Barbara local).... has lived there all his life.. We had dinner at the San Ysidro Ranch one evening and he walked in and sat near us... don't even remember what I ate that night, but he had lamb..... his son has a new CD out and has the same type of voice... really worth buying...

Then wouldn't the right thing to do, instead of playing the "who dunnit games" send me an email and ask me to move my post? Like it's causing any harm having a capture of an eagle in Nest Obs? |
