Looks like it may require a small Phillips Head Screw Driver.

Sasha's first day in First Grade... here with her friends from kindergaren... Sasha on the right...

A bevy of beauties on their first day of school and look how happy they are to be there ...very sweet. How did Summer feel about 'losing' her sister for the whole day Linda?
She looks like she wants to be part of the class too.

Lala...those pics are so cute of Sasha! She looks happy to be back in school. Her little friends are so cute and Sasha with her arm around the one in the middle...so adorable! Look at the shoelaces on the girl in the middle...one red and one pink! Kids here do that, also. I love it!

Wow I'm bad. Just went to school and realized I had not gotten my parking permit and today was the last day. When I got there I had to dash to get my permit and make it to class. I found out I owed three semesters of fees :8O: :8O: :8O: I'm surprised I was allowed to go to class!! hehehehe

Linda what super pictures. Like everyone else said adorable. You wonder what goes through their mind that first day. I love the shoes of her friend too. So trendy!!

I love the idea of a diary. What a wonderful thing to have later in life. I kept the kids stuff from school for a long time. Then I gave it all back to them and said it's now your responsibility. Do what you want with it. Neither one kept the stuff though. Oh well, at least I didn't toss it.

I was a teacher's aide in the third grade for a number of years and the first day of school was just the best... everyone on their best behavior with new pencils, crayons and backpacks...new everything for most... Sasha wore an older skirt with her new black vest... Penny, Summer thinks she goes to preschool at my house as we have so many projects...my parent's neighbor called me today to see if I wanted his 4 young hens (5 weeks old).. they only bought them for the grandkids to play with while they were here for the summer :8O: :8O: :8O:  Summer and I brought them home and made a little enviornment for them away from the older chickens... two Rhode Island Reds and a couple of black hens that I can't identify yet... so she stayed very busy with me today... now I just pray that one of them doesn't crow....
