Kris, sorry to hear Chowder was not picked up again. Healing thoughts for Ed.

My consolation of you heading out of the country - is that we are all still meeting on this forum, no matter where our physical location.

Hopefully, once you are moved, we will hear from you much more! You are definately missed.

yes hear you about the photos, etc. - we moved ours to an external - they were eating up the HD in the 'puter

OK you guys - I'm not dying - just a bit sore :) it's tendonitis (arm to/thru shoulder inflamed) so I opted for oral method - I've had those shots EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeegads.... painful but they do get the job done. So 8 days or so of anti-inflammatory and then we'll see about the shot .....

Hi Circle - good to hear from ya! so sorry Chowder won't be renewed, that's a shame .... so many enjoy it! Hope DH is doing better and better - move - don't envy you at all and your's will be a MOVE indeed! Hang in there - sending cruzer mojo....

Penny what a rescue story on the eagle - boy you just never know do you.

Marti LOL .......... love the attachment!

Kris - Wishing you well with your big move to England and will keep Ed in my thoughts and prayers for his recovery. :candle: Sorry to hear about Chowder. :(

Deb
- Hope the medication works quickly. I can't take anti-inflammatories, they make me really ill, so I had the cortisone shot and it worked well.

Marti my picture is posted in my Biography, along with my German Shepherd Dog Bell.

Now George you will have to talk to him about that.

Was just on Netscape looking at some of Curtis Stone's Recipe's. He is the Take Home Chef, and oh how I would love to bring him home with me! WHEW!

Boy Carole you and me both with the sickies from the anti-inflamatories. They rip my stomach up. I got bleeding ulcers once from them.

Deb at least you don't have to try to walk on your injury. Speaking of same are you better able to type now with your finger? And speaking of past things, did they ever catch that human that burned the Norman? :(

Marti I'm so glad to have you back. Did you know we have only had a couple of pages of chat every day since you've been gone? Oh....I don't mean that in a bad way......just missed you :D

Circlescribe I'm sorry about Chowder. Lots of shows are getting "the axe" that I like this season. Wish they knew better about keeping things that the public like. Will they do reruns? You'll have more time when you move. Hope DH is much better after the move and you both can do more of your life's work.

I've got to get one of those hoods for my camera that Elaine mentioned. I could barely see those shots I took yesterday. Walmart stopped carying them. I missed several shots. I love it when surf hits rocks and the water shoots in the air.

Penny, I'm so glad the eagle was not hurt. What a horrible thing to happen to the poor frightened thing. It's wonderful that kind people like the tree guy could go up there and save it. Amazing it didn't break anything. I wouldn't like getting into a situation like that with blood to my brain. Wonder if that will have any ill effect?

Chiquita have a wonderful birthday. I think I remembered you saying you were going on vacation. Now is the best time to do that with all the kids back in school. You'll have a lot more "room" to spread out.

Peetie speaking of vacation.....whatcha doin?

I have had many Cortisone injections, and none bothered me except for the burning of the Xylocaine. I've had the shots in my back, left shoulder (5 of those) and 1 in my hip (that never worked because the hip was too far gone at that point.) I know everyone is different and I can sympathize with those whom it does bother.

I am sure glad i was able to capture these shots as i was literally down in the turf to shoot these. Being bulk deficient, its harder for me to get up than somebody who is "bulk challanged" since i cant roll myself upright using my belly rofl

As I am the founder of The Photo Optical Objective Preservation Society, P.O.O.P.S, i have to adheare to our bylaws which only permit images of us taken by our employer, DMV, or passport office and with speical permission for Police Mug shots. Our mission is to save those fragile frail poor lenses from shattering when we look into them. Thus I am not permitted to be in front of a camera.
Not only am I the founder, Im also the President rofl (not for the Hair Club for men at least)

George I have never hear of P.O.O.P.S. I'd like to see some verification of it's existence.....I think you have few members if any here. AND since here is all that counts..... It's ok just take a picture of your DMV or MUG shot and post it here then you won't break any rules.

Cricket maybe you'll have to take his picture some time in one of your outings and post it for him!!!
