Laurie - I made a spinach quiche. I didn't have all the ingredients after I started so I just concocted my own recipe with feta cheese. The funny thing is, Alan does like spinach but he would never go into the freezer and open a box. When DS was little he would never eat vegetables but now he loves them all and spinach is his favorite.

Carole that sounds yummy. Another favorite - Feta Cheese. :Yum: I had RayRay eating salads, broccoli, and green beans for a while, then DH made fun of him so much for eating "green" stuff that he quit eating them :( .

Hi flyby - welcome aboard

I don't know of any off hand - the nests have fledged their babies (all over the country at different times of course) so it's down time!

We are having a visit off and on so you just have to keep an eye

click on below and it will take you to a listing of all kinds of cams, etc.

maybe that will help

Hi Flybymar! :}^ Welcome to chat. There may be a nest or two somewhere???

George may know that. Anyone else?

Our eaglets are returning to the nests periodically (to get fed :D )

I can't believe how quick this nesting season has went. Just think - in October or November, the parents start fixing up their nests for the coming season! We get to watch them too. :)^

DD just e-mailed to say their tour of the Capitol in Wash, DC today included the Senate chambers and Sen. Ted Kennedy's desk was shrouded in black. How ironic that one can make travel plans months in advance and just happen to be in a place where there is a bit of unexpected history. DH was at school in Wash. DC back in Nov. '93 when the assisnation occurred and was assigned a post on Memorial Bridge as this was the route that the motorcade was to take to Arlington Cemetery. Again, being at a spot where an unexpected bit of history was to play out.

Glad you're aboard!

Flybymar - Welcome aboard :}^ I follow a lot of the eagle nests and to the best of my knowledge, all the eaglets have fledged. :soar:

The one possibility is the cam in Haines Alaska......
