Deb,
I think George is a sweet man and didn't mean to be hurtful.
Sometimes CHIL Chat turns into camera club conversation.
I'm sorry it hurt your feelings.
I hope it doesn't discourage people from posting their photos
because they don't think their photos are good enough.
The Cruzer membership is from all over the country and world
and I love to see the
close ups of the memberships personal lives.

I always enjoy the slide shows you post of your weekends touring around the east,
or when you spend your weekends with the eastie Cruzer's.
Your slides are a virtual field trip for me and are always terrific.
I don't think I know anyone who travels as much as you and ES.

More importantly for me are your slides bring back fond memories of the years
I spent on the east coast growing up with my family. I'm always reminded
of the good times when I was young .
My imagination wanders and sometimes I can smell the air and feel the temperature.

I apologize for my input as well... mentioning Picassa... I feel to blame for some of this as I am always asking for help with some of my pictures... George has fixed a few for me and always asks first .. I am learning too so have welcomed his input...but you are right Deb.. they are your pictures and we want them your way... we look forward to going on your weekend adventures with you...the lighthouse pic was really a great one... <3

Census time is just around the corner. Criminals are already gearing up to scam you by impersonating U.S. Census workers. Please read the warning below.

WARNING: 2010 Census Cautions from the Better Business Bureau
2010 Census Cautions
by Susan Johnson - August 3, 2009 12:07 pm

Be Cautious About Giving Info to Census Workers

With the U.S. Census process beginning, the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
advises people to be cooperative, but cautious, so as not to become a
victim of fraud or identity theft. The first phase of the 2010 U.S.
Census is under way as workers have begun verifying the addresses of
households across the country. Eventually, more than 140,000 U.S. Census
workers will count every person in the United States and will gather
information about every person living at each address including name,
age, gender, race, and other relevant data.

The big question is - how do you tell the difference between a U.S.
Census worker and a con artist? BBB offers the following advice:

** If a U.S. Census worker knocks on your door, they will have a badge,
a handheld device, a Census Bureau canvas bag, and a confidentiality
notice. Ask to see their identification and their badge before answering
their questions. However, you should never invite anyone you don't know
into your home.
** Census workers are currently only knocking on doors to verify address
information. Do not give your Social Security number, credit card or
banking information to anyone, even if they claim they need it for the
U.S. Census. While the Census Bureau might ask for basic financial
information, such as a salary range, the Census Bureau will not ask for
Social Security, bank account, or credit card numbers nor will employees
solicit donations.

Eventually, Census workers may contact you by telephone, mail, or in
person at home. However, the Census Bureau will not contact you by
Email, so be on the lookout for Email scams impersonating the Census.

Never click on a link or open any attachments in an Email that are
supposedly from the U.S. Census Bureau.

For more advice on avoiding identity theft and fraud, visit www.bbb.org
<http://www.bbb.org/> .

Deb...just wanted to say that I loved the lighthouse pic! It was my fave of all those you posted in the slideshow. Loved them all as usual but that was my fave. Brings me back to my New England roots :-) Tho there are lighthouses out here, they just seem to remind me a lot of New England. Like the covered bridges. Those we do not have out here. And I LOVE them! Thanks for posting and sharing your memories with us. Whenever you mention you are going somewhere I get so excited and can't wait for your pics afterwards.

WOO HOO :)^ :)^ Karen She looks ready to deliver!!! Are the bags packed??

:><: :><: Flybymar just getting your feet wet is often an overwhelming experience. You are doing great. Keep up those computer classes and we will help when ever we can.
If you want to quote something just click on quote then write your response in the blank box like always. You will see the quote and your response when you post it. Try it....you won't hurt anything. Just don't turn the whole thing purple like I did. But Jann fixed it!! Jann and other moderators are wonderful people who can fix what ever we goof up here!!! So no worries....K?

Carole I am not familar with the Yoga you are going to take. Could you send me a link or info regarding that? I'd love to know more.

Did not like this AME dr I went to today and am calling my attorney to tell him so. He made me very uncomfortable. Jeesh!!! One thing I learned from this Phlebotomy class I took....wash your hands. He went to the restroom and did not wash his hands. How do I know???? Cause I went in there immediately after and the sink was bone dry.......not good!!

Deb I know you said you did not want comments but I too feel the same way. I would never intentionally hurt someone by saying or doing something. George is a dear person and I believe only wanted to show us what could be done. I agree "don't mess with my stuff!!!" is a valid point. I'm so thrilled to have a camera again and I hope you can put up with all my goofy photos. And you are right you were there and that is your memory....frankly I thought it was cute that you took a pic of ES and he took a pic of you. If you don't want to post them here could you please email them to all of us.....like me me me me me :^: Memories are fragile things.

Savta Topa Cathy...I am very excited! Just wish we had more of a clue when her due date is. They have given her 3 of them now. Anywhere from Oct. 16th to Nov. 3 and when she measures her belly while lying down the way the dr. does, she measures at 37 wks. If that is accurate then she is due in 3 wks.  He will come when he's ready but we need to get on the stick now that the patio is done and work on the bedroom!
