As you know All Eagles All The Time 2009/2010 is an Archival/History in Videos and Still captures showing the various stages throughout the year in the lives of the Eagles on the Pelican Harbor Nest on Santa Cruz Island.

We watched the eagles start their Nestorations in October 2009, when they started to bring in sticks.

Lots of bonding must have taken place off the nest .. and K-26 sure surprised us all with a very fast delivery .. on February 25th, 2010 at 5:36pm .. when she laid their first egg.

So here we are ... onto the next important stage ... Eggs and Incubation.

The Videos/Stills and Screen Captures .. posted here on this thread .. have been selected .. as their favourites ... by the members who have captured them on Nest Watch.
You can see more videos, and still pictures, by visiting the Daily Observations thread. Also known as Nest Watch

Again we ask you not to post comments in this thread. VIEWING ONLY PLEASE! This will enable faster viewing by Dr. Peter Sharpe and the IWS Team ... for record purposes .... and also for members and visitors to the forum.

Capturers are asked to wait until Cumbrian or EDblue (Eagle Duo) posts the first thread of each day before reserving a space for your captures of the day to keep continuity to the archives.

K-26 took only a minute(!) to lay her egg, and she started incubating right away.
When K-26 arrived and got the news, he made a hasty retreat. Soon enough he'll be sticking around...
