Yes - one of the first Cruzer gatherings of this 2010 nesting season!

Barb will soon be making her way to CA and would enjoy visiting with Cruzers as well as have Cruzers visit with Cruzers!  :P  Click on the above image to get the detail for the March 12 Harbor House get together!  :**:

Then on Sunday there's even more fun with Barb and Margie and fellow Cruzers - a whale watching tour with dinner to follow - March 14!  OH MY GOSH - now I'm really upset that my trip ended up being later this year  :'(  If you've not made your RSVP - click on the above image to get the details and get your name on the list!

Again - click on either image for the events - be sure to get your name on the list!  and have a super duper time - we're expecting full reports and lots of  :clk:

If ANY of you were considering the Whale Watch trip but were waiting for a favorable weather report, we've got what looks to be a fabulous break in our El Nino pattern starting later this week (if we don't all blow away today :8O: - hope our island eagles hang on tight!) ... on the 7 day forecast is a row of YELLOW SUNS through the weekend and into Tuesday, so far. AND it coincides with the optimum weekend for Whale Watching (Dana Point Whale Fest continues this weekend) where you can see the California Grays still migrating towards Baja and some already returning with their calves. I've been keeping a 'weather eye' out for this weekend as we have been very tentatively planning for this opportunity to head for Catalina. My daughter's in-laws just arrived Sunday evening from Germany and will be spending 3 weeks here - most of the time in Santa Barbara staying with the kids but with a quick trip to Vegas and this first time 'voyage' to Catalina... if the stars align and everyone is well, Hannah will take her first 'official' boat trip (going to look at Christmas lights in the Harbor in a Duffy barely counts :D) ! We'll just be there overnight Sunday and return Monday ... hoping for lots of whale and dolphin sightings on the crossing and may have the opportunity to at least 'wave' at Margie and Barb when they arrive Monday before we take off!
Mmmmm ... 'day old' spaghetti for Sunday night dinner! :v8v:
