Wray has been off the eggs quite a bit,

and other times fully flapping her wings standing on the nest numerous

times throughout the day....

could she be waiting for #3 before fully incubating her clutch...

and, is the flapping just a sign of her being warm or is she possibly having some type of physical problem????

Thank you!

Well she laid a third egg, so she was not incubating the eggs on purpose. I haven't seen the flapping, so I can't comment on that. I doubt it is a physical problem.

Thanks, since she laid the third egg her flapping has mostly stopped...I wondered if she was having trouble releasing her egg...perhaps...
