Every forum and chat is asking, How goes the progress to get out to the Sauces nest and try to check on the pair? Thank you! |

They checked the area on Wednesday and saw two adults, one on the nest and one flying down at Sauces beach. Next time they are on that end of the island they will check again. There are two people on the island that need to make weekly checks of 7 other bald eagle territories and 18 peregrine falcon territories, as well as search for new territories of both, so they get out that way 2-3 times per tour (Tuesday-Tuesday). |

Thanks.....hopefully the crew will get lucky and be able to get an I.D. on A27 when they're doing their weekly checks. This pair seems a lot easier to spot sight than the PH pair. |

The crew saw A40 and another blue-tagged eagle flying together in the Sauces area today. Hopefully they will show up on the nest cam soon to be able to verify that the second bird is still A27. |
