K-20 Sighting?; Seen by Big Bear Lake, CA

I spotted this juvenile bald eagle on Wednesday, Feb. 5th right next to Big Bear Lake, CA and took some pictures of it. When I got home and looked through my pictures, I discovered it had a wing tag. It looks to me like the number on the tag is 20 and it looks similar to the tags from the eagles born on Catalina. I'm new to this forum so I'm not sure where the best place is to post this info, but I wanted to share it with y'all.

I asked an administrator in an email where sightings should be reported, and they said in the following thread. Note that you have to go to the last page to see the most recent post.
