Well, I guess today will be plain and simple, according to PB. Remember that old carnival game where there was a big board with a bunch of holes in it - the object of the game was when the gopher stuck his head up one of the holes, you had to try to hit it with your big wooden hammer! That describes PB this morning. You find your graphic, put your curser over on the same code that we've used for years...... and the code JUMPS! It goes up or down - but you can't catch it! I gave up..... Is it just me or are others having the same problem?Anyway, hope you in the snowy areas are warm and safe! |

Good morning everyone. What? I'm starting chat????? Someone insert a nice picture here I can smell the turkey. Yeah it smells good. Did anyone set up the net? Oooppsss I forgot. Let's all go set it up. Yes it'll be faster. I beat you last year remember. Did not!!! And that's where everything went wrong. We went to a restaurant and I never cooked the turkey in the oven again. That was a lot of years ago but I have BBQ'd the turkey ever since. It's perfect every time. How do you cook yours?A few weeks ago my neighbor spotted Bernie on my shoulder and went a little crazy. Now I find out she is the one with the goat next door. She loves animals!!! I found out her adorable lab has cancer. It is a KILLER and I want it gone!!! Anyway I haven't seen (OH NO.....I can't remember his name) him around poking his nose thru the hole in the fence for awhile. I was worried. So last night I took her some decadent three onion soup. Took me three days to make it so much chopping then the blender I discovered is missing......ANOTHER THING Anyway there her dog was to welcome me. She said he now goes to daycare so if he gets sick someone is there to help him. How adorable loving and caring is that? He is now in remission so that's a good thing. Wendy Dee and I will be gone today. There are rain clouds everywhere...... ANOTHER THING I CAN'T FIND. I replaced my wiper blades so we can see!!!

PeepsI can't believe what is happening in Buffalo 5 tons of already removed and it hasn't helped much. 6 plus feet of the white stuff is just ridiculous and it is still coming down ![]() We just have a light dusting so far but it is very windy and -9C/16F. I think I'll take our weather over theirs |

Penny thank goodness my turkey only looked like that one time. Since I have been putting it in the BBQ it is always moist and delicious. What happened with your Mom? Did you get everything cleared up so she can stay? Wonder where my umbrella is? HA wonder where all my stuff is. But today I wonder where my umbrella is I'm glad Harry is better. But I wonder how his eye sight is. He looks a little cross eyed to me and when he flies off to fish in front of us I seldom see him come back with a fish. Ok off to get shoes with Wendy and Dee. Hope you all have a wonderful day! |

We had a two hour meeting with the HomeCare people from our area of the City. After all the talking and note taking we thought everything was in place. Yesterday I discover a message on my Mom's answering system (which she has no idea how to use) from another person from the Hospital HomeCare telling her that her bath time has been changed....to 12:30 PM. So more messages were left by me to explain AGAIN to the Co-ordinator and the schedule maker that 12:30 is Lunch Time at Amber Meadow and my Mom is not going to miss her biggest meal for a bath I also told them to communicate any changes with me because my Mom can't remember anything for more than a minute

Good Wednesday Morning Chat Friends and Marti! I said, "and Marti" because I tried 3 times to post this am. I would have been the 2nd post but . One computer bam for each time I tried.Hi Sandie, Lala, Deb, and Penny. Sandie, I thought that turkey looked a little well-done. I'm on hubby's computer, and it's still not doing exactly what I want it to, either.

Where did everybody go? I was last on at 9:30ish and then I left the house around 10:30am. My Dr. wrote me a pass to get a temp. handicapped parking pass, which I went to AAA for. They took care of everything. The pass is red with exp. date punched out on it. I had never seen it before. I am working the next 2 days, so I'm glad that was taken care of. As you can tell, I'm back on my regular computer.

Good to see you posting Deb. I was worried you were completely buried in snow. Good luck to anyone who is buried in snow. The news said they had to put the huge piles in dump trucks to haul away. Hay: we in California will take it! Penny, how frustrating for you dealing with the health care situation with your Mom. Sure seems like there is not good record taking and documentation. You count on them to help you and her and you really have to do it all yourself. Laurie: Continued warm thoughts to you and your husband. watching over you.Carole: Thanks for starting Eagleland. I worry about the Florida eagles and their eggs with the cold spell even down there. Bye for now
