Laurie I'm hoping this means it won't rain on Wednesday!!! But it does show some for Tuesday. .Forecast. 69° 60° Today 64° 59° Tomorrow 68° 56° Wednesday 66° 55° Thursday Cyber Monday! Wonder how today will do for retailers. I heard from my landlord that her store is in a big crunch because there are only 5 weekends this year instead of 6. I always wonder how some of the prices they charge during the year can be so low on sale. Do they still make money? Seems we are being gouged I'm just happy happy happy the gas prices have fallen to a more reasonable and manageable level. |

Sandie - We all have to be educated consumers to get a real bargain. I bought a new e-reader, Kobo, on Saturday and paid $99.00 for it with a cover, regular price was $210.00. I get e-mails from the Kobo site and was waiting for a sale, I am so excited and so is Alan, he now has my old reader. Our gas prices have also fallen, thank goodness, it will be less expensive driving down to Florida.

Because of a 100% chance of rain on Tuesday, Maria will pick us up at the Catalina airport as soon as we arrive and will give some of the tour right away. Then she will take us to our hotel. She will pick us up Tuesday morning for the remainder, or whatever she can do before the rain sets in on Tuesday. So, two half (or part) tour days instead of one. |

Carole wow that's a pretty good deal huh? Has your eject button worked yet? Wendy says she wants a tool kit  I've got such a tom boy!!! Not nearly as bad as Debbie used to be. That kid could fix about anything. I remember we went to her Grandmother's once with a new cordless phone. She wanted one of the "boys" to install it. As soon as she walked out of the room Debbie had it installed and ready to go. She still wanted one of the boys to check it out before she used it. That was my girl!!!

Darn......Tell that GP to fix the eject button!!!! I'm so sorry. I have been told these are just so painful. When are you supposed to go to Florida? Does your GP know about this trip? That could encourage him to take care of it. I'm just sayin

Wonderful news from LAURIE this A.M....Brilliant Plan...since Catalina Airport is just about half way to Isthmus/Two Harbors nest...they may get TH nest in.... as well as MR and Hydi and Pimu on the way back to Avalon....if they skip driving out to the view of WE from TH. MARIA <3.... You are a SWEETHEART to take care of the threatening weather situation for Tuesday and taking very good care of Laurie, David and Laurie's Cousin, on their arrival today at the "Airport in the Sky." I hope they are landing by noon...to take advantage of the 5 hours of remaining daylight. |
