Good morning Deb, peeps, Where is everyone? We are getting a big storm coming in today...under high wind warning with heavy rains expected. I guess CA is going to get it too on Thurs/Fri. Its a warm storm. Slept with my sliding glass door open last night. It was 58 this morning on my way to work and now its 62. I'm not really concerned with flooding or anything, but there is a very tall tree across the creek from us that is seriously leaning and its trunk is split. We told the property owners that they needed to remove it a couple of years ago and they've done nothing. If it falls, its going to fall on an apartment building. Deb, you sound so busy!!! I haven't gotten to sending out cards yet either. Not sure I'm going to this year. Prayers to Laurie, Marsha's mom, and Deb's MIL and anyone else who needs them. Have a great Wednesday! |

I am here, just very tired. Always tired. I'm anemic too but not enough for a transfusion. On Friday I'll get an infusion of some iron solution to hopefully help make more red cells. I get so frustrated and I cry when I get so tired. I've always had limitless energy my entire life until now. |

LAURIE....I am sure it is so frustrating for you to be so tired....hopefully the "iron solution" infusion will help. Till then... Try to just rest, relax, put you mind at peace with the tiredness...maybe read pleasant books, stories, etc. Chat with us..we are indeed here for you. PRALINE...Yes! you all and Northern Calif. are going to get wacked by the oncoming "Pineapple Exress"..so the weatherman says. Do be careful to and fro to work . Down here in SoCal...we are forecasted for high surf in certain areas and rain on Friday....but not as much as North Cal. |

Hi from the almost frozen North Peeps  ![]() It's here and -2C/28F which is our high for the day. It actually feels a lot colder because of the wind gusts though. I think I like it better than the big storms out East. |

Well, it's cloudy here. We're waiting for the storm that's coming and the predicted temperature drop. of course, out here, a temperature drop doesn't mean the same thing as it does in other places! I was supposed to go to a potluck luncheon today at one of my writing classes. I made a huge chicken pasta salad, and packed up it and the leftover cranberry salad from another potluck. I got in the car and was backing out of the driveway, when suddenly and totally unexpectedly, I got hit with a massive case of diarrhea. Oh, yay. Back in the house to change all my clothes. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for the trembling in my gut to go away. I guess DD and I will be eating chicken salad for the whole week. This problem has been intermittent ever since In had chemotherapy and radiation to my lower regions over 20 years ago. It's much better than it used to be, but sometimes it surprises me. Yeesh! to Laurie Coleman -- you know why, and because you have such cute pink hair. I know about that frustration at not being able to do what you used to be able to do. to Marcia and her Mom to Sandie because you have pink hair too and well, just because you're so special to everyone else because you're ALL so special and I am so glad you are in my life.

MINA So sorry for the flare up...never any fun, but worse when it happens so unexpectedly. Probably best you stay put...as proceeding with your plans may be uncomfortably un predictable for you. Glad to know your family is back home ....I remember you had said they were back East in November. SANDIE Last night's KeeKee's ADORABLE!!!! But then I doubt if any photos of her would not be just precious. Is she sleeping with you? What a sweetie to cuddle. Hope CAROLE, ALAN and MAYAare having smooth driving...possibly if they are routing their Southern route... to the West of the storm system there in the N.E....they are doing okay. ![]() MARCIA...Thinking of you ....continued Prayers for your Dear Mother....and for you.
