Egads........ I'm posting way to much today. :hair:

Hi Carol, yeah
,

I had forgotten to mention to Sandie, not to make the hair dryer too too hot, but it will do the job. Sometimes at the Feral Cat Clinics, the cats are shaking (just like humans) coming out of the anesthesia. We can't open the cages and cover them with blankets, but we do use a couple of things to help. One this is using the hair dryers, the other thing is using electric blankets with pads, so the elecetrical does not get wet. These both help with the cats that are shivering, very much. And we do cover the outside of the cages or traps with heavy blankets to block the wind, etc...

A group of puppy raisers named a puppy after David (Elaine Ruth's son). A 4-month black lab named Dave. Some friends took "Dave" over for his first meeting with David.

Hi Peeps,

Happy Monday (not) :D

I need to catch up on the weekend's chat, but I just had to stop by real quick and tell Karen that I made your Crockpot Frozen Turkey Breast and it was soooo good. So easy to make and it was moist and delicious! I've been enjoying turkey sandwiches, turkey in salad with goat cheese & avocado, and tomorrow turkey pad thai. Thank you so much for sharing that :Yum: recipe!! I think I am going to be making it quite often. Enjoy your special time with your family.

Looks like my DS may be moving into her own apartment next week if all goes well!!! We looked at it today and put in the application. Keep your :X:
She dragged me all around town this past weekend shopping...my least favorite chore.

I saw that Harriet may be having some trouble. Praying that it resolves itself.

Laurie, you have both chosen a lovely resting place. :Hugs:

Awh Dave and Dave look very happy together.

Karen so glad you made it home safe and sound. Another inch :8O: wowie!!!

Poor little Akeelah she had to potty so bad on the way home. She kept letting me know as we were driving home. Ran right in and peed immediately. :)^ She is just doing so great.

Marsha I don't know what on earth I was thinking about but of course the hair dryer would have been good. I just felt like I had to hold her. Such abuse so late in the day :'( While I was drying my hair today I let her feel it just for a little bit on very low. She didn't object so I guess that's a good thing!!!

:X: Praline that would be such a terrific thing if DS was able to move in right away. But I just feel it doesn't solve all the problems. However, if say you moved to oh I don't know.....maybe Ventura???? rofl :)^ that that might be far enough away for her to feel on her own and you not to have to worry about her. Let's say Mom might be more in charge???? I hope it works out good for you both.
