Why does 82 have so many blond colored feathers? Another moderator said it was due to molting... but I have never seen this with any of the other eagles including Wray ... so I am curious as to your thoughts... Thanks

They are sun-bleached and have not molted out yet. The darker feathers would be more recently molted. Many of the eagles look like this. |
