Is it possible the eagles are to warm and that's why they are leaving nests with unattended eggs. Have noticed it this year on all 3 nests and seems to be rather frequently after full incubation has been started. Thanks for your time, Kathy |

It is normal for the eggs to not be incubated when it is warm. If an eagle isn't in sight, then there is one nearby. I think it is a way to try to get an incubation switch when they see the other adult coming. |
