Dr. Sharpe Condolences to you and all the crew on the loss of the WE Eaglet. Curious if you can do the necropsy locally or not. We know the remains have to be sent to the repository in Colorado but wondered on the timing of getting information from the exam. Thanks for your time when you get a chance to see this and answer at your convenience. |

The bird was sent to a California Department of Fish and Wildlife lab near Sacramento. They said it would take several weeks to get the necropsy results. |

So they will do the neocropsy and then they will let you know what they find. Thank you for all you all are doing. I know this is very hard for you and your crew. |
