SC 7.42 May have been an eagle that flew out from behind the tree and headed to the rear. 7.43 Then the eagle flies in from the rear and lands with a stick. It's A48. She scans the area as she faces 6 7.44 Then A40 flies in from the tree? and lands at 4. He moves the branch a little, then looks over at A48. A40 turns to face rear and digs, A48 digs in the bowl. Then A40 turns back and both dig in the bowl 7.45 A48 removes a big wad of fluff from the bowl and sets it at the 8, the wind blows in back in. She removes it again 7.46 She places it near the 8 again and A40 steps over to lay on it. He rises and faces the 6. They both watch to the front. 7.47 A40 turns to the rear again and begins to fluff the bowl, A48 watches down the left |

SC 7.56 Cam comes back up with both on the nest. A48 stands to the 7 watching front, A40 stands at the 11, watching rear and right. Think the cam has moved in closer too ?? 7.58 A48 begins to dig in the fluff at 8, then turns to the 6 to fluff. She looks out to the front and bows |

Interesting post on IWS Chat by Dr. Sharpe regarding the new cams: "Everything for the new camera systems was selected and purchased by Explore.org. I just helped with installation because the cams are covered under our permits." |
