SO, i decided to lap my heatsink, which is the process of smoothing it down with fine-grit sandpapers to make a better contact surface

Materials used:
-Clean washcloth
-400, 600, 1500, 2000 grit sandpaper
-water
-liquid dishsoap (not dishwasher liquid)
-flat surface (in my case, a wooden box)
-heat gun (for drying)
-Sharpie
-955be stock heatsink (using for 7750be)
