Whilst showing my Austin 12 "Police car at Amberely last w/end a retired aircraft engineer told me of a way of dealing with fuel vaporisation,the idea is to bring the fuel line back from half-way along the engine where it runs close to the exhaust manifold to the bulkhead ,form it into a coil then go straigth across to the carburrettor.Now the magic touch encase the coil in a beer or whatever your taste,fill with ice or first aid cold pack and awayyou gohope that helps someone,all the best ,John. |
