I made sure to forward the correct ports, everything is in place and MY FIREWALL IS NOT BLOCKING TRAFFIC. Here's a snip:

So I'm 100% positive this is my router conflicting with it. Help please? I have a Dlink DIR-615.

And you're making sure you got the 192.168.2.100 address?
I don't think I've ever worked with a Dlink, so the best I can do is point you to the portforward.com DIR-615/minecraft server combo; http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DIR-615/Minecraft_Server.htm

Yes. I 100% got the right 192.168 address.
I got it working, turns out it was a developer's failure. Which I usually expect dealing with a company like D-link. I had to type it in the Virtual Server section instead of the port forwarding section, if that makes any sense. If anyone wants to connect the IP is: 24.146.12.182

Thanks Degnebolig! <3

.. Virtual server? instead of port forwarding?
Well, that makes sense.
