First week Goals; What goals do you have? What's realistic for week 1?

So I am back and forth on this- what is realistic to lose in a week? 2-3 lbs is the norm when on a diet... Anyone have any goals for week one?

Week one we will most likely see a large drop due to weekend bingeing :D , but I figure 2-3 Lbs is the maximum possible a week thats possible losing body mass and not fluids. I am going to aspire to make it 4 :'( !
