Go to: http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/calculate-weight-loss-percentage.html to calculate your weight loss percentage... it helps to know that number!!!

Mine for week one is 1.75% lost... doesn't seem like too much, but then I think almost 1/50th of my body weight... then I feel much better!
